What is your return policy?


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of original shipped date, and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping fees). After 30 days the product falls under the manufacturer warranty and therefore product replacements must be resolved through the manufacturer. Please visit our Return Policy page for more information or to request an RMA.




When will I receive credit for my return?


Any outstanding credit for a return will be processed within 5 days of receipt at SimHome’s warehouse. You will receive an email through our RMA system once the item(s) have been received. Credit card refunds can take up to two (2) credit card billing cycles to appear on your statement. Please note: SimHome is unable to accept any item that is not returned within 30 days of shipment, in new condition and in all original packaging.
